Don't I know it! I used to think that giving in to my clients every request was the way to build loyalty. I soon discovered all that did was earn a lack of respect, therefore, they no longer trusted my professional opinion. Once I learned to set limits, I earned the respect that everyone in our profession deserves. Now I stick to a schedule, no more coming in on my day off, or staying 2 hours late. It's amazing how suddenly their schedule can clear. lol

Great comments and quite right I guess. Not easy to implement but we should do things this way. To earn respect we must learn to say NO and stop saying YES to everything clients ask. After all we are the professionals. Regards
