hi!!! im lauren and our salon just became a paul mitchell focus salon. i love their products and have been using them outside the salon for a few years. im hoping to find some stylists to network and learn from.

I was kind of ok in Vegas- probably should have ate more since I was drinking so much though- kind of killed my stomach. :(
Guess that is what vegas is for though right?? lol!

Comment by lauren pullinger on August 28, 2008 at 9:58pm: see i dunno cause then wouldnt it be a tax writeoff for education? lol go for the show then stay extra!!!! i actually knew a lady that went to hawaii every year and applied at a few salons so she could write it off on her taxes. id like to go to lv but i swear im allergic to vegas.ive been there twice and every time i get hellishly sick.

Comment by lauren pullinger on August 26, 2008 at 8:59pm: do u know if there is a difference between the hawaii and lv shows? oh and i am so excited!!! today we did our first pm relaxer in the shop and it was awesome. our client had really difficult hair and we had to use the strong relaxer on her but her hair looked and felt healthier after we did it and it got it so straight. yay for us!!!!!!

Comment by TerriLynne on August 26, 2008 at 9:22am: I went to Signature last Feb and this year. I have to say that last years show was MUCH better. The classes were great & they gave a demo option which was fantastic but the show itself was no where near as good as it was last year.
I hope they keep the classes like they did it in August but bring back the show part...
