- Bentley Salon is always moving forward with new ideas and never afraid to explore the unknown. The focus at Bentley Salon is the client. We want people to feel their best when they leave. Total concept is a term our clients will hear being used in the salon.
Through the salons education we want you to feel good and look good. Bentley Salon is a REDKEN support salon that offers a staff of Bentley Salon and REDKEN trained educators that travel nationally and internationally. Through the training, our staff is educated starting with the basic program and product knowledge. Once the initial training is complete, the stylists begin working on the floor full time. Next the training continues every Tuesday night with the intermediate program ensuring knowledge of past and present collections brought to you by the Bentley Educational Team. At Bentley Salon education is an ongoing process to help push the limits technically and artistically. Through this training the staff can make sure they educate their clients so that the client can recreate the look at home.
Bentley Salon believes in building leaders. In order to lead, you must be able to follow. This helps to promote teamwork. Remember our clients are part of the Bentley Salon team.

I would like to thank, Scott for his time and also to his Staff for a "BRAVO INTERVIEW". It is very refreshing to meet a Role Model, Salon Owner, Human Being, such as I experienced with Scott. I seen a side of the industry that is far to come by. And that is a group of individuals who believe in TEAM WORK. And how to rely on one another. This shoot was done on Monday December 15, 2008 and was a continous filming of Scott and also of his Staff. Not many questions were passed up and I believe that this gentleman knows the ways to SUCCESS and BRANDING.This Professional belongs in this documentary to show how it is done, and how to be caring to his employee's, and show compassion.SCOTT YOU ARE A ROLE MODEL, YOU ARE GOING TO GET WHAT IT IS YOU DESERVE!!! It is good to see new TALENT, and not a bunch of 20-30 Year Has Beens talking about the past and reliving the past that is as quant as yesterday. Scott is living his DREAMS Teaching, Video's, Salon Education, Fashion Show's,etc. More attention should be taken to these individuals for setting new horizons and completing goals that are attainable. Some salon owners WISHED they had 1/10 of the Organizational skills Scott has. And to have a crew that is as open to moving forward! And they actually attain the goals, or really LIVE THERE DREAMS.Not many Professionals can say that!!! KEEP IT UP SCOTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
