What is being offered and What are you offering?

If you are a salon onwer stop and ask "why would anyone want to work for me?" What are you offereing as an employer?

If you are a salon employee stop and ask "Why am I working here?" How do I know this is the right salon?

Or, ask yourself, "What I am offering the salon as a professional?" What skills are an asset to a salon and in return what can they offer me for those skills I wokred so hard to acquire by going to advanced education.
