WILL YOU DANCE WITH ME ?

Too many people put off something that brings them joy just because they haven't thought about it, don't have it on their schedule, didn't know it was coming or are too rigid to depart from their routine.

STOP DISCOUNTING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

UP SELLING



Up selling is what “supersizing” is all about. It is the process of moving a prospect up

from an inferior to a better product, which is more expensive. The Wendy’s girl asks,

“Can Me Supersize your order for you?” That is an up-sell.



Add-on selling is the process of adding on additional products or services at the end of the sale. McDonald has made a killing asking, Can I get you a hot apple turnover with that?

DEVELOP A ROAD MAP

It is extremely important that you develop Marketing, Sales, PR Salon Services, and a strong Retail Program.



You MUST enlist your staff and have them put all of your ideas into a time line. By enlisting your staff you create ownership in your overall success of the project. People do not like lousing when something belongs to them.



You MUST draw up a working plain. If you do not it is like taking an auto trip from Los Angeles to New York without a Road Map.
